Scuola Virgilio is a cosmopolitan language school with a very friendly atmosphere based in the seaside town of Trapani in the beautiful island of Sicily, Italy
We are looking for an experienced (at least two years) qualified EFL teacher, with the right permit to work in Italy, who enjoys teaching children (from age 3 upwards) and teenagers and who is willing to work on Saturdays – all morning and possibly afternoon. Mondays can be free so as to have two consecutive days off. Total hours per week from 15 up to 24 (full-time based on Italian law) to be negotiated.
We work with the Cambridge certification system (Young Learners up to CPE) so being familiar with it is a must.
We hire according to the nation-wide unions contract which includes 22 days off per year, nation-wide public healthcare, 13th-month and career-end bonus.
We can offer a 24-hour a week full-time contract but also fewer hours for those who wish to reserve time for their online teaching or any other occupation (except for other external teaching in person work)
