Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic team all-rounder, someone with a desire to grow professionally, with an eye for detail, an interest in education and an international outlook.

  • Customer service:you will be part of the customer service team and help with answering enquiries and handling applications from students (eg. teacher trainees) from all around the world. You will also be dealing with our international network of education providers and liaising with them to make sure that our students receive an efficient service.
  • Business admin support:you will be involved in the internal sales recording, assisting with invoicing and business reporting.
  • Other areas of the business:As a member of our small team, you will be expected to get involved in the areas of marketing and product development. You will support the team in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

Job responsibilities:

  • As part of the sales and customer service team you will help with managing incoming emails and calls in a timely, attentive and professional manner
  • Business admin support: you will assist the team with the administration of invoicing and internal sales recording. Invoices must be done in a timely manner and payments will have to be followed up when necessary
  • Web: assisting with the supervision of the business’ websites, ensuring content is up-to-date and monitoring functionality, advising and suggesting improvements to be applied where and when needed
  • Participating in business development and the implementation of marketing initiatives and plans
  • Playing your part to help the company meet its goals and realise its visions

Job requirements / Experience required:

  • Previous work experience in an office environment
  • Past customer service experience
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package with strong emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure and deal with a high volume of work during peak times.


  • Some work experience within the education field
  • Have travelled and/or lived abroad
  • Invoicing and internal sales recording
  • Familiar with CRM systems
  • Willingness to receive training in business management software
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress and Joomla.


  • Degree level
  • Any other qualifications that you may consider relevant to the job


  • A TEFL qualification (e.g. CELTA) and some English teaching experience
